How do I fix u-verse no signal?

No Signal is common when your TV is on the incorrect input. Also, check the connection between the U-verse receiver as well as the TV. If a cable was accidentally pulled, it'll lead to No signal. If you're using a Coax cable between your TV and the U-verse receiver, you may simply require changing the channel up or down to restore your picture.

If your TV is displaying simply "No Signal", that means the TV is not seeing a signal on the selected input.  It could be that somebody has changed the selected input on your TV to an input where nothing is attached.  You should check that first: grab your TV's remote control and cycle through the inputs to see if you see the AT&T's screen on one of them. How to contact att live chat & at&t bill pay phone number.

If not, then quickly check the AT&T box to be sure it has a green sync light. Then press the "Power" button and see if it lights up.  Check the cable between it and also the TV and be sure that's still there.

When the TV screen shows No Signal
1.       The STB doesn't detect a signal. It does generally come back in a while, so that should be the first suggestion - wait.
2.       If the broadband light on the RG turns red it's the RG or upstream. Call for the remote tests to see if it can be repaired or you need a new RG.
3.       If you have COAX to feed the TV, it could be anywhere in the COAX system. Make sure you have compression fittings & the connections are tight. And, no barrel connectors After that you'd have to disconnect legs to see if you can discover one faulty one
If you try DVR directly connected to a working RG and it doesn't work. It'd be the DVR. You can try a destructive reboot to see if you can revive it.

Do these steps on the front panel of the DVR itself, not on the remote:
1. First of all, Press and hold down the power button.
2. Next, within 1 second also press and hold down the OK and down arrow buttons.
3. All three front panel lights (red, green, blue will come on). At now, release the power button, however, continue holding down OK and down arrow.
4. Once you see a gear appears on the screen, release the OK and down arrow.
The system can reload the factory software from the network. This can take 20-30 minutes, so the system will reboot.

I hope this helps if it doesn't work to visit att email login & at&t outage map for more help.
